About ORRIGIN

ORRIGIN was founded in 2014 with a vision to be a leading and profitable global supplier of natural and sustainable seafood and agro commodities.

Our core activities include high quality production and distribution of natural and sustainable wild caught seafood and agricultural products. We identified that there are so many small scale fishermen / farmer communities who had the potential to offer highest quality natural products, but no way to scale up or market them. We worked closely with them to provide the technical support and the tools required so as to realize their full potential and make them globally competitive.

Supply high quality, natural and sustainable seafood and agro commodities under environmentally and socially conscious conditions, resulting in better earnings to fishermen and farmers by connecting the remotest part of Africa, India / Asia to developed markets like Middle East, Europe, USA, Japan etc.

Mr Renjith Ganapathy Director

Mr Renjith Ganapathy is an alumnus of the College of fisheries, Kerala Agricultural University, India . Prior to starting Source Global FZC he has an illustrious career record as Global Trading Head of a leading Perishable Food Trading company in UAE, Fish and Meat Category Management for Spencers Retail in India, Fishing Gear Technologist in IFP/ CIFNET (Government of India), Market Development at Garware Wall Ropes Ltd, India. He is an Expert in variant aspects of perishable foods supply chain and logistics for retail markets, proficient in international sourcing, supplier management and private labeling. He has very good exposure to international markets and leading brands. He possesses expertise in working on international and multicultural environments with the distinction of exploring new markets for expanding businesses from scratch and streamlining operations. He is based in Dubai, UAE since 2009

Mr Danish VP Director

Mr Danish VP is an alumnus of the College of fisheries, Kerala Agricultural University, India. He has first hand exposure of managing a top seafood distribution company in UAE trading in high value and high risk seafood products, Distribution to Restaurants, Catering companies and Five Star Hotels; controlling the mechanisms of processing and packing for fresh, frozen and value added seafood in Marine & Agro Group, Uganda, East Africa; managed production and marketing of aquaculture input products of the largest shrimp and freshwater prawn hatchery Lotus Aquaculture group in Godavary belt, Nellore, AP, India. He has handpicked and trained his team to meet the high pressure and fast paced world of seafood trade. He is based in Dubai, UAE since 2006.
